Okay, so I just found out that Archer has an unaired “original pilot” where they replaced Archer…with A FUCKING RAPTOR. The episode has the exact same plot as the first episode, but he’s a raptor. He doesn’t talk, he just makes raptor noises throughout the episode. It just might be singlehandedly best thing I’ve ever seen.

Hospitality staff party

First please forgive my spelling as i have just got home from the x-mas staff party

So yeah, Staff party’s in hospitality are awkward yet fun. You work with a tight nit group in what ever department you are in for few hours and so few days that you only really see one side of them, you become work mate and you help out each other at work and you chat and the 6-9 that you are working with them they are your best friends.

But once you get home from your shift and have days off you have your own lives with your family and you friends you made and you try to separate you work life from your personal life ( If your like me) then staff partys throw a spanner into all that.

At staff party’s you tend to see a side of your co-workers you have not seen before, such as and not limited to, That normal looking girl who suddenly looks as hot as hell out of uniform or that dick ass chef who is really a good guy when hes not working.

I guess my point in all this is, is that people put up walls so no one can really see who they are, in hospitality this is even more apparent since we are pretty much actors on a stage when we are serving guests ( as the saying goes.), only we don’t stop acting till we get home and we don’t even noticed it.

sadly its just anouter flawed aspect of working in hospitality and it wont change.

Triptocaine (Heavy Rain cocktail)

Ingredients:

1 shot Blue Curacao
1/2 shot Peach Liquor
1/2 shot Vodka
Fresh Peach Juice

Directions: Mix alcoholic ingredients in a glass and top with peach juice. Stir, then pour into a test tube shot glass and serve.
